Disabled Solicitors South West Network
#DisabilityPrideMonth starts next week. Are you ready?
Disabled people make up over 16% of the global population, representing every background, age, and identity.
Disability Pride Month is not just about celebration. It is also about challenging ableism, ending stigma, and amplifying disabled voices.
It is about recognising that barriers remain and calling for real inclusion, accessibility, and equality.
Bristol Law Society are proud to have launched the Disabled Solicitors South West Network earlier this month with our first event, BD without Barriers taking place on 8 July.
The Disabled Solicitors South West Network is a growing professional community dedicated to supporting, representing, and empowering disabled solicitors and legal professionals across Bristol and the South West.
The network is open to all – whether you are a solicitor, trainee, apprentice, student, barrister or just working in the legal profession or a law firm – whether you are disabled, neurodivergent or an ally.
We will be sharing more content and events during Disability Pride Month so make sure you give the Disabled Solicitors South West Network page a follow to keep up to date.
