Resources: ICC Guide on Disability Inclusion in International Arbitration and ADR

The International Chamber of Commerce’s (ICC) recently launched their Guide to Disability Inclusion in International Arbitration and ADR. The guide is the culmination of two years of work by the ICC Task Force on Disability Inclusion.

The guide is intended to provide practical guidance on how disability inclusion can become a standard feature of arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
