No time to read…

Learning by osmosis and listening to market updates/training sessions etc, is a great way to keep your market and legal knowledge up to date. For me learning/training needs to be deliberate, dedicated and often involves a lot of reading!

As my role changes (and I continue to be busy) I am finding it more difficult to find the time to read, to have casual conversation (to learn by osmosis) and to give my full concentration to training sessions (my re-watch list continues to grow).

I will need to solve this by trial and error as usual, but I’m putting it out there that I am looking for solutions for this at the moment. If anyone has any tips/suggestions do let me know in the comments or by dropping me an email.
